Service Areas -- FRA provides direct services to those in the greater Monmouth/Ocean County area. Our infant intervention program services families in the eastern area of Monmouth County. Computer classes and professional workshops, as well as educational assistive technology services are available to those throughout New Jersey. Everyone is welcome to subscribe to our newsletters and to attend our workshops.
