Dr. Andrew Becker Special Education, Assistive Technology Specialist
Dr. Andrew Becker comes to FRA with a wealth of knowledge in Special Education and Assistive Technology applications. In 1989 he received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the American University in Washington DC. In 2005 he graduated from College of St. Elizabeth where he received his Masters of Arts in Educational Technology with a concentration in Assistive Technology. In 2013 he received a Doctorate in Education with a concentration in Educational Leadership and Special Education from Walden University.
Concurrently from 2001 to 2013 Dr. Becker has worked as a teacher in grades elementary through high school. From 2001 to the present, as a private teacher and adjunct professor at Raritan Valley Community College, Middlesex Community College and Brookdale Community College, Dr. Becker has taught fundamental math and English with students with disabilities including dyslexia, ADHD, cerebral palsy and autism.
