PEER MENTORING
in EARLY INTERVENTION

WANTED: EI Professionals and
Parents
Call Now!
Put yourself on the path of adventure and expand the possibilities
to meet IFSP Goals for infants/toddlers while in their daily routines,
activities and places in the community.
This FREE “Out and About” Peer Mentoring Program offers a unique
professional development opportunity! CEU credits (pending approval)
Parents and Professionals can learn HOW TO have more
creative intervention sessions in Natural Environments.

Professional mentoring team members each have a
minimum of 10 years specialized experience in the EI system having
utilized home, center-based and community settings as part of their
ongoing work. Each is also very skilled in parent coaching/training
techniques and the transdisciplinary team method of service delivery and
has trained new staff entering the EI system.

This program is brought to you by Family Resource
Associates, Inc who has been awarded a state grant to Expand the Use
of Natural Environments in Early Intervention from the NJ Council on
Developmental Disabilities.
Since 1979, as a pioneer in the NJ Early Intervention System, FRA has
consistently been a leader statewide in working with children in natural
environments. FRA remains unique in its commitment to the family unit by
offering counseling, education and support services to parents, siblings
and extended family members in all of its programs. |
