New Karate Class
Join Jay Bowman in some new moves.
Karate exercises will help build focus, balance, strength and confidence. These skills will encourage self-discipline, boost self-esteem, and help to gain respect for self and others through weekly activities.
LIMITED to 10 students - teens through adults
FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED
Wednesdays 6 PM - 7PM, 12 Classes per Session,
FALL CLASSES: 9/14/11 - 11/30/11 - $240
WINTER CLASSES: 12/14/11 - 3/7/12 - $240
(no class 12/28/11)
SPRING CLASSES: 3/21/12 - 6/13/12 - $240
About Jay: Jay is a Master Black Belt in Karate, studying under Master GJ Tores. He competes in National and International tournaments and has been inducted into two Martial Arts Halls of Fame (each three times). Jay has been teaching Karate for 15 years.
FRA must receive your completed registration form and payment in full to process your enrollment. Please do not call the office;we will NOT hold a place for anyone.
