Aivani Mendez
My name is Aivani Mendez, and I have been a Job Coach with FRA since 2022. Before I was a Job Coach, I worked in the hospitality industry for 10 years. During my time in the hospitality industry, I trained and worked with individuals with disAbilities. I enjoyed watching these individuals build confidence as they developed new job skills and thrived in their environment. What I found most rewarding, however, was seeing them succeed and become active members of the workforce.
