Virtual Job Club Monthly Meetings

FRA’s Job Club, a social club for individuals both seeking employment & those employed, to share & explore their experiences in the job market. The club meets virtually once a month, offering attendees the opportunity to hear from a special guest speaker & connect with others. Michael Doherty, FRA's Moderator, helps guide the conversation.

  • March 2026 Meeting:
    Guest Speaker, Nicole, from Jersey Cookie Girl, shared her journey leading up to opening her store in Red Bank & explained how she built her business from the ground up. She highlighted an important reality: life doesn't always go as planned. You may have a clear vision in mind, but unexpected opportunities can arise & turn out to be even more rewarding than you imagined. Nicole answered questions about her baking process as well as how she stays positive during challenging times. FRA's moderator, Michael D. did a tremendous job as usual!
