Ray comes to FRA as an Employment Specialist/Job Coach, after working as a residential and commercial building inspector for the last 16 years. Ray has a passion for helping others achieve their goals and dreams through gainful employment that empowers individuals to live an independent, meaningful life. Ray is also an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, fishing and traveling/exploring new places. He lives in Ocean County with his wife and three children.
