Supported Employment (SE):

FRA EmployAbility assists individuals with developmental disAbilities in obtaining competitive employment in an integrated setting consistent with the skills, interests, and preferences of the individuals with ongoing support services that include Job Development, Job Coaching, and Long-Term Support.
