Informational Resources for Adults with disAbilities
FRA is offering a new service to individuals and families who are transitioning from a school setting to the adult services provided through the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). Ann Martinelli, our new Family Advocate for Adult Services, can assist as you begin to navigate the processes involved in obtaining these services and supports for your family member. In addition, guidance and support is available for individuals and families already receiving services in the DDD adult system if they encounter challenges and have questions.
Ann can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org, (732) 201 - 4306
